Are You Human Enough?

Project Description

“Are You Human Enough?” is an interactive CAPTCHA project that explores how digital systems represent and classify human behavior. The project contains three versions of the same verification experience. V1 makes the mechanism visible through mouse tracking, activity logs, risk scoring, and behavioral feedback. V2 hides most of this information and presents a quieter interface, asking users to trust an unseen system. V3 sits between them: it observes typing behavior and offers short comments without revealing the complete formula. By comparing these interfaces, the project investigates how visual design and feedback influence people’s perception of technological intelligence. The system does not truly understand whether someone is human. It translates actions—such as speed, accuracy, cursor movement, and corrections—into data and applies predefined rules. The interactive homepage connects the three experiments through draggable CAPTCHA images that move, collide, resize, and transform.

Week 2 — Testing and Observations
Three interaction tests compare how speed, accuracy, and cursor movement produce human, uncertain, or bot-like results.

Week 3 — Interface Comparison
A comparison of three CAPTCHA interfaces that reveal, partially reveal, or hide how the system observes and judges users.
